Elevating Bakery E-Commerce with Seamless Digital Solutions To develop a user-friendly e-commerce website for Hindustan Bakes, along with a bakery management application that streamlines business operations, enhances order processing, and improves overall efficiency.

Creating a visually appealing and intuitive website for customers to browse, customize, and order bakery products effortlessly. Ensuring real-time order tracking, inventory management, and seamless payment integration. Developing a bakery management system for production scheduling, ingredient tracking, and staff coordination. Streamlining business operations to manage bulk orders, deliveries, and customer interactions efficiently.

Discovery
How we started
We did an extensive discovery phase combining different methods., as follows to come up with a problem statement DUSK (Desires, Use Cases, Skills, Knowledge Gaps) research study was conducted to understand the needs, behaviours, and challenges faced by doctors, patients, and healthcare administrators. Held an in-person workshop with the Microcare team, with the assistance of sign language translators to gain more insights about the actual user problems. Synthesised the outcomes and previous materials to create the problem statements that could bring us closer to the ideation part. After shortlisting ideas we mapped out different experience flows, worked on the concepts, and defined the features of the minimum viable product. These steps helped us lay the foundation for our project and set us on the path toward designing a successful solution.

Denoising ideation, defining the feature set
During the Denoising Ideation phase of the Patient Health Record and Appointment Handling System, all potential features were gathered through user research, stakeholder input, and industry analysis. This process helped filter out non-essential or redundant ideas, ensuring a clear focus on features that provide maximum user value and align with technical feasibility. The low fidelity workflow of the core features allowed us to quickly explore supplementary functions and features. Our focus was on ideation, solution and concept generation and iterative refinement of the Information Architecture.

Key considerations
1 Our design direction prioritized evoking emotions over creating a futuristic assistant. <br/> 2 We aimed to harness the power of visual communication by utilizing soft colors, friendly shapes, and forms. 3 Building confidence between the user and the application has to be emphasized, considering the application's real-time reliance. We prioritized the Peak-End Rule throughout our design process to ensure user trust.
